They claim that it is an "adjustable neck", but it only goes from impossibly small to downright tiny. Anyone with an average size neck won't be able to fit into it. And since it is a "halter" style, if you can't attach it at the neck, the whole thing is useless. The "adjustable back" isn't much, just a couple of o-rings for the flimsy strap to slip through.
